Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges
✔️ Returns accepted for both defective and non-defective products
✔️ Exchanges accepted


Eligibility

  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging

  • Return/exchange request must be raised within 30 days of delivery

  • Not eligible: Customized products and hygiene-related items (e.g., opened cushions, pillows)


Return Methods

  • In-store return

  • By mail

  • Drop-off location

👉 Free return labels (download & print) are provided for eligible cases.


Shipping & Fees

  • Cozyva covers shipping if the product is defective, damaged, or sent in error.

  • Customer pays return shipping if returning for other reasons (e.g., change of mind).

  • No restocking fees are applied.


Refunds

  • Processed within 15 business days after inspection

  • Refunded to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to Cozyva’s error


Exchanges

  • Customer must return the original item first

  • Once approved, customer can place a new order for the desired product


For Damaged or Defective Items

  • Contact us immediately with proof (photos/videos)

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund
