Return/exchange request must be raised within 30 days of delivery

Shipping & Fees

Cozyva covers shipping if the product is defective, damaged, or sent in error.

Customer pays return shipping if returning for other reasons (e.g., change of mind).

No restocking fees are applied.
Refunds

Processed within 15 business days after inspection

Refunded to the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to Cozyva’s error

Customer must return the original item first

Once approved, customer can place a new order for the desired product
